Is there a trial?
Agents get 14 days of Standard free, no card needed until you keep it. Suppliers don't need one — Free is the product, not a trial of it.
What counts as an item?
One property or one service you manage rates for. Room types inside a property don't count separately.
Do my partners need Tourium too?
Rates are shared supplier-to-agent inside Tourium. Inviting your partners costs them nothing — suppliers are free entirely, and agents can start free.
Can I change my mind?
Everything is month-to-month. Switch modules off anytime; a removed seat stays usable until your billing date.
What currency am I billed in?
South African Rand, through PayFast. Prices shown include VAT.
Who gets eSignatures?
Both sides — they're for signing contracts between suppliers and agents. Bundles are available on every plan and never expire; supplier Free includes 100.
