Brands

For: Everyone (experience differs by account type) Where to find it: Sidebar → your organisation nameBrands

A brand is how your business appears to the rest of Tourium. Your brand has a public name, a logo, contact details, a country, and a short description. Other organisations see your brand when they find you in the Network directory and when they receive rates or agreements from you.

Agents vs suppliers

Brands work differently depending on your account type:

  • Agents have one brand. Your agency is a single organisation with a single public identity, so the Brands page shows one editable form for your agency details.
  • Suppliers can have many brands. If your company runs several lodges under different names, you can create a separate brand for each one. Each brand appears as its own entry in the directory and has its own connections, rates, and agreements.

Common tasks (agents)

Edit your agency brand

  1. Open Brands.
  2. Update the name, logo, contact email, country, or description.
  3. Click Save.

Changes apply immediately and are visible to everyone who looks at your brand in the directory.

Common tasks (suppliers)

Create a new brand

  1. Open Brands.
  2. Click Create Brand.
  3. Fill in the name, upload a logo, add the contact email, choose a country, and write a short description.
  4. Click Save.

Your new brand appears in your brand list and can be selected from the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar. See Brand switching.

Edit an existing brand

  1. Click the brand card in the list.
  2. Update the details.
  3. Click Save.

Delete a brand

  1. Click the delete icon on a brand card.
  2. Confirm deletion.

Existing connections and conversations with that brand are preserved in history, but the brand itself will no longer appear in the directory.

What's on a brand

  • Name (required) — how the brand appears everywhere on Tourium.
  • Logo — uploaded as an image. Appears next to your name in lists and headers.
  • Country (required) — used for filtering in the directory.
  • Contact email — how other organisations get in touch through your brand profile.
  • Description — a short paragraph about who you are and what you offer.

Tips

  • Your brand name is public, so pick one that agents will recognise.
  • A clear, well-sized logo makes your brand stand out in the directory. Square logos render best in list cells.
  • Suppliers: think of each brand as a self-contained business. Properties, rates, and connections are scoped to the brand you're currently viewing, so you don't mix inventory across brands by accident.
