Organisation settings
For: Organisation owners, and team members with the Manage organisation permission Where to find it: Sidebar → your organisation name → Details
The Details page holds the information about your organisation as a whole — its name, contact details, logo and registered address — along with the organisation-wide security setting and, for Owners, the option to delete the organisation.
Your organisation menu also has Brands, Billing and Team (and Seats, for agents). Those each have their own articles — see Related below.
What's on the page
Organisation Information
- Organisation Name — your company's name.
- Contact Email and Contact Number — how Tourium and other organisations reach your company.
- Organisation Logo — see below.
- Make organisation discoverable in directory — when this is on, other organisations can find and connect with you through the Network directory. You can change it at any time.
Click Save to keep your changes.
Registered Legal Address
Your company's official registered address: Address Line 1, Address Line 2 (optional), City, Postal Code and Country. Edit it in place and save.
Require two-factor authentication (Owners only)
Switch this on to make every member of your organisation set up two-factor authentication before they can carry on using Tourium. See Two-factor authentication.
Delete Organisation (Owners only)
Permanently deletes the organisation. It cancels your subscription, removes every team member, deletes all organisation data, brands, properties and billing history, and emails every team member to let them know. You have to type DELETE to confirm. This can't be undone.
Common tasks
Upload or change your organisation logo
- Open Details.
- Under Organisation Logo, click Upload Logo (or Replace logo if you already have one).
- Choose an image.
The logo must be a PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP file between 10 KB and 5 MB. It's shown in full, exactly as uploaded — nothing is cropped.
To take it down, click Remove logo.
Your organisation logo represents your company as a whole — for example, other organisations see it next to your name in Messaging. The logo on your quotes, documents and branded emails comes from your brand instead; see Brands.
Your first brand keeps these details in step
When you create your first brand in guided setup, Tourium fills in your organisation's name, contact email, contact number and address from it. After that, editing your oldest brand in Brand settings updates the organisation's details to match. If you change the organisation name or contact details here and then edit that brand, the brand's details win.
The organisation contact email matters for email replies too: when an email goes out on your organisation's behalf with no particular person behind it (an automatic notice, for example), replies go to this address.
Tips
- Keep the contact email pointed at an inbox someone actually reads — it's the fallback for replies to automatic emails.
- If the Details page is missing from your organisation menu, you don't have the Manage organisation permission. Ask an Owner.
- Only an Owner sees the two-factor policy and the delete option.
