Dashboard

For: Everyone Where to find it: Click the Tourium logo at the top of the sidebar, or the Dashboard link

The dashboard is your home page. It's the first thing you see when you sign in, and it gives you a quick view of what needs your attention and shortcuts to common tasks.

What you'll see

The layout changes slightly depending on your account type, but every dashboard includes:

  • A welcome card with your name and a summary of anything that needs action — for example, how many agreements are waiting for your signature.
  • Quick actions — shortcuts to the features you use most. Suppliers see buttons for uploading rates, managing brands, and creating forms. Agents see shortcuts to incoming rates and pending contracts.
  • Stats showing active items across your account.
  • A recent activity timeline with notable events from the last few days.
  • A specials showcase featuring promotions from your network.

Suppliers also see:

  • A signing feed listing partnership agreements still waiting to be signed by the agents you sent them to.

If you haven't finished guided setup yet, everyone (suppliers and agents) also sees a guided setup card with your progress and a button to pick up where you left off. It disappears once you complete or exit the wizard. See Guided setup.

Common tasks

Return to the dashboard from anywhere

Click the Tourium logo at the top of the sidebar.

Take an action on something in your welcome card

Items in the welcome card (pending signatures, rates awaiting review) are clickable — selecting one takes you straight to that item.

Restart the platform tour

If the platform tour is still available on your account, the dashboard shows a Restart Platform Tour button. Click it to run the guided walkthrough again. See Platform tour.

Use a quick action

Each quick-action button takes you to the page for that task. Suppliers, for example, can click Upload Rates to open the rate upload dialog without first navigating to the Rates section.

Tips

  • The dashboard animates in section by section on load. If the page looks empty for a split second, give it a moment.
  • If you have no pending work, the welcome card quietly acknowledges it — don't worry if it looks sparse.
  • New accounts should complete guided setup before doing anything else. It unlocks a lot of features by making sure your account has the right foundations in place.
