Claiming your supplier profile
For: Suppliers who received an "Agencies you supply now manage your rates on Tourium" email Where to find it: The claim link in that email
Travel agencies on Tourium can upload the rate sheets you send them and manage those rates here, even if you aren't on the platform yet. If that's happened for your properties, Tourium emails you — the email names your properties and how many agencies manage your rates, and nothing more. Agency identities, rate values, and document contents are never disclosed.
Claiming your profile is free and gives you visibility and control over how your properties appear.
What the free claimed profile gives you
- Anonymous summary — how many agencies manage your rates on Tourium, and which of your properties they have on file.
- Content corrections — suggest fixes to descriptions and details agencies have uploaded (corrections are moderated).
- Outdated-rate flags — flag a rate sheet as out of date; the agency that uploaded it sees the flag on their dashboard.
- Content approval — approve agency-uploaded fact sheets and images to be shared as trusted content.
Publishing your own rates, sharing with agents, and integrations remain part of the paid supplier plans.
Common tasks
Claim your profile
- Open the link in the email (or the claim page for your property).
- Enter your work email. Ownership is verified automatically when your email matches your company domain.
- Submit Claim profile.
If your email doesn't match the domain, the claim goes to a short manual review — you'll see "Your claim is under review" until the Tourium team confirms it.
Stop the emails
The first notice is sent once, then at most a monthly digest. Digests stop automatically when you claim, unsubscribe, or simply don't engage with them.
Taking over your rates when you join
If you upgrade to a full Tourium supplier account, you can take ownership of the rate sheets agencies uploaded for you. A card on your dashboard — "Your rates are already on Tourium" — leads to the takeover page:
- Review each sheet ("Uploaded by {n} agencies"). Confirm or edit each one — your version becomes the official, managed rate.
- For each sheet, choose who should use your version:
- Connect & review — the agencies you tick have their copies replaced with your version once you confirm the sheet. They keep read-only access but can no longer edit it, and they're notified of the switch.
- Just review — confirm your version for your own account only. The agencies keep their private copies and nothing changes for them (you can't connect them to this sheet later).
- The swap happens when you finalise the sheet — until then nothing changes for the agencies.
From then on, you manage those rates like any other rate sheet — see Uploading rates and Sharing rates.
