Network directory

For: Everyone Where to find it: Sidebar → Network → Browse or My Connections

The Network directory is where you find other organisations on Tourium and manage your relationships with them. Suppliers come here to find agents to share rates with; agents come here to find lodges and tour providers to work with.

Two pages in one

Browse — a searchable directory of every brand on Tourium. Use this to discover organisations you don't yet have a connection with.
My Connections — the list of organisations you've already connected with, including any connection requests that are still pending.

Common tasks

Search the directory

Open Network → Browse.
Type any of the following into the search box: brand name, contact email, or country.
Results update as you page through the list.

Filter by type of business

On Browse, open the Type dropdown.
Choose All Types, Agents Only, or Suppliers Only.

Agents will usually filter to Suppliers Only, and vice versa.

Sort the results

Use the Sort dropdown to order the list by name, user count, number of services, or country. Sorting applies to whatever is on the current page.

Connect with another brand

Find the brand you want to work with on Browse.
Click through to their detail page.
Use the connect / request button on that page. The other side will get a notification and can accept or decline your request.

Manage your existing connections

Open Network → My Connections.
Use the status filter to see Accepted, Pending, or All connections.
For any accepted connection, click Start Conversation to open a chat with them in Messaging.

Tips

Searches, filters, and sorts apply to the current page only. If you have a lot of results, also use the page controls at the bottom to move through them.
The directory doesn't show a "declined" status — if you decline a request, it simply disappears from your list.
You can't send a connection request to your own organisation.
Suppliers who manage multiple brands see each brand as a separate entry in the directory. Make sure you're looking at the right brand before connecting — see Brand switching.
