Contact sales

For: Organisation owners and admins Where to find it: Sidebar → your organisation name → BillingContact Sales card

The contact sales form is the official way to reach the Tourium team directly. Use it when you want to discuss a custom plan, a bulk top-up, a special partnership, or anything that can't be self-served from Billing.

When to use it

Typical reasons people open the contact form:

  • Suppliers: you've hit the 30 property and service limit and need it raised. This is the normal route — there is no plan to upgrade to.
  • You need custom terms — a large portfolio, extra team seats, or an arrangement that isn't on the public list.
  • You're considering an agent plan or add-on and want to talk it through first.
  • You have a billing question that's not answered on the Billing page.
  • A payment is stuck on the "Payment Pending" status and you need it looked at.

For day-to-day product questions, also consider Messaging to the people you're working with directly — sales is the right channel for commercial and account-level questions.

Common tasks

Send a sales enquiry

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Scroll to the Contact Sales card near the bottom of the page. (It's also surfaced in the banner if you're dealing with a pending payment.)
  3. Click Contact Sales. A small dialog opens.
  4. Fill in Subject (for example, "Custom plan for 20-seat agency") and Message (tell the team what you need).
  5. Click Send.

The dialog closes and a confirmation appears — "Your message has been sent to our sales team. We'll be in touch soon!". The sales team receives your organisation name, contact details, account type, and current plan along with your message, so you don't need to repeat that information.

What to write in your message

Short and specific works best:

  • What you're trying to do. "We're onboarding 25 new consultants this quarter."
  • What you need from Tourium. "We'd like to move to a larger plan or discuss a custom seat count."
  • Any deadline. "We'd like to go live by the end of next month."

You'll get a reply by email — make sure your profile email is up to date and verified. See Profile settings.

Tips

  • Don't include passwords or API tokens in the message. Sales will never ask for them.
  • If your enquiry is urgent, say so at the top of the message so the right person picks it up quickly.
  • The form is for commercial questions. Product bug reports and technical issues should go through your normal support channel.
