Getting started for suppliers
For: New supplier accounts (lodges, hotels, resorts, service providers)
Welcome to Tourium. This article walks you through the first few hours of being a supplier on the platform — from receiving your invitation through to landing on your dashboard ready to work.
How you got here
Most suppliers arrive at Tourium by invitation. Usually someone has uploaded a rate sheet on your behalf and the system has sent you an email with a signup link. The link takes you to a page at /supplier-signup/{token} where you can create your account.
If you've already completed a rate upload, there's also a Create Account button on the confirmation page that does the same thing.
Creating your account
The signup page shows your email address at the top (pre-filled from the invitation — you can't change it) and gives you two ways to create an account:
Option A — Sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook
Click the provider button. You'll be asked to authorise Tourium to see your name and email. Once you approve, your account is created and you're signed straight in.
Option B — Set a password
- Click Set Password.
- Type your First Name (required) and Last Name (optional).
- Choose a strong password and confirm it. A strength indicator shows how good your password is.
- Click Create Account.
Either way, you'll land on the tenant onboarding page next.
Setting up your organisation
After you sign up, Tourium takes you straight into guided setup — a full-screen, step-by-step wizard that walks you through configuring your account: creating your first brand (required — this is how you appear to the rest of the platform, its name, logo, and contact details), inviting your team, turning on optional modules, uploading a rate sheet, and building a connection list. Everything except the brand step is optional and can be skipped. See Guided setup for the full walkthrough.
Once you complete or exit guided setup, you arrive at your Dashboard.
Your first day on Tourium
Three things to do, in order:
- Finish guided setup. If you skipped anything, a card on your dashboard shows your progress and lets you pick up exactly where you left off. See Guided setup.
- Do the platform tour. Tourium's guided walkthrough highlights each feature in your sidebar and explains what it's for. It runs automatically the first time you land on your dashboard with setup complete, or you can start it from Settings → Profile → Restart Platform Tour. See Platform tour.
- Look at your brand. Open your organisation name → Brands in the sidebar and make sure the brand details agents will see are complete — logo, country, description, contact email. See Brands.
What's next
Once you're set up, most of your day-to-day work will happen in:
- Rates — where you upload pricing and share it with agents. See Rates overview.
- STO Forms — where you build and send partnership agreements. See STO agreements.
- Properties — where you manage the lodges and accommodations you offer. See Properties.
- Network — where you find and connect with travel agents. See Network directory.
Tips
- If you had an account before, the signup link signs you in instead of creating a duplicate — no need to worry about losing history.
- Your email is verified automatically on first login, so you don't need to click a confirmation link.
- Guided setup is the fastest path to a working account. Only the brand step is required, but the others unlock real functionality — some features stay locked until you've turned on the module they need.
