STO analytics

STO Analytics is a summary dashboard for your partnership agreement activity. It tells you how many templates you have, how many signing requests are out there, how many are finishing, and how long they typically take. Use it as your daily check-in when you're running any meaningful volume of agreements.

What you'll see

Four summary cards at the top of the page:

  • Total Templates — how many agreement templates you've created, including how many are currently active.
  • Total Signing Requests — how many signing requests you've sent out across all templates, with a pending count.
  • Completion Rate — the percentage of signing requests that have been fully signed, with the raw "completed of total" numbers alongside.
  • Average Response Time — how long it typically takes between sending a request and getting it signed.

Together those four numbers give you a quick read on the health of your signing pipeline.

Common tasks

Check your signing pipeline

  1. Open STO Forms → Analytics.
  2. Read the four cards from left to right.
  3. If Completion Rate is dropping or Average Response Time is climbing, dig into Signing Requests to find which submissions are getting stuck.

Find what to chase up

Analytics shows you the shape of the problem; STO Forms → Signing Requests shows you who to chase. The Active tab there lists everything still in play — see STO agreements.

Drill into a specific template

Analytics also has a templates view that breaks the numbers down per template — useful for spotting whether one template in particular is slowing everything down (for example, it's too long, or its expiry is too short).

How to read the numbers

  • Total Templates grows whenever you create a new template. A high number isn't automatically good — more templates can mean more maintenance.
  • Total Signing Requests is your volume measure. If it's flat while your connections are growing, you might be under-using the feature.
  • Completion Rate is the most important health number. Below ~70% and something's probably wrong — maybe the template is too long, the expiry is too short, or agents don't recognise the supplier name.
  • Average Response Time pairs with completion rate. A slow-but-high completion rate is usually fine; a fast-but-low completion rate means people are declining quickly.

Tips

  • Compare these numbers over time rather than reading them as absolutes. A sudden drop in completion rate is more actionable than the number itself.
  • If the Total Templates number is higher than you expect, review your templates for duplicates — they're easy to accumulate.
  • Analytics is read-only. To take action on a specific submission, head to the Signing Requests tab.
